Abstract submitted to the International Europhysics Conference on High Energy Physics July 12 - 18, 2001, Budapest, Hungary _________________________________________________________________________ Exclusive electroproduction of charmonium at HERA ZEUS Collaboration Abstract Exclusive electroproduction of charmonium in ep collisions has been studied with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an integrated luminosity of 84 pb^{-1}. The study for Q^2 > 2 GeV^2 extends the W range of the measurement to 30 < W < 220 GeV. The cross section in the low-Q^2 regime, 0.2 < Q^2 < 0.7 GeV^2, is measured for the first time using about 70 pb^{-1} of integrated luminosity. The charmonium states were identified using the leptonic decay channels. Cross sections have been measured as a function of Q^2 and W. The ratio of the cross section sigma(J/psi)/sigma(rho) as a function of Q^2 is also presented. The angular distribution of the decay leptons has been analysed and compared to the expectations based on the s-channel helicity conservation hypothesis.
