Abstract submitted to the International Europhysics Conference on High Energy Physics July 12 - 18, 2001, Budapest, Hungary _________________________________________________________________________ Measurement of high-Q^2 neutral current cross sections in e^-p deep inelastic scattering and an extraction of the structure function xF_3 at HERA ZEUS Collaboration Abstract The e^-p neutral current deep inelastic scattering double differential cross-section d^2sigma^{e^-p}/dxdQ^2 has been measured for 200 < Q^2 < 30000 GeV^2 and 0.005 < x < 0.65 with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an integrated luminosity of 16 pb^{-1}. In addition, measurements of the single differential cross-sections dsigma^{e^-p}/dQ^2 and dsigma^{e^-p}/dx have been made. The data sample was collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 318 GeV. The predictions of the Standard Model are in very good agreement with the data. A detailed comparison at high-Q^2 of d^2sigma/dxdQ^2 for e^-p and e^+p scattering is presented. The e^+p sample used for this comparison corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 30 pb^{-1} and was collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 300 GeV. An extraction of the structure function xF_3 is also presented.
