The following is the ZEUS F2 measurement from the 1995 e+p 
data sample, using the beam pipe calorimeter BPC. They are 
published in the DESY pre-print DESY 97-135 under the title

"Measurement of the Proton Structure Function F2 and 
sigmatot(gamma*p) at Low Q2 and Very Low x at HERA"

F2 has been extracted from the measured cross section 
assuming Fl=0.
