Values of the slope dF2/dlnQ2  from ZEUS 1994+1995 data
    Table 4 of DESY 98-xxx

    The slope is measured by fitting F2 data at fixed x to the form a+blnQ2. 
    The Q2 range of each bin is given and <Q2> is calculated from the mean value 
    of lnQ2 weighted with the statistical errors of F2 in that bin.
